Mark & Catresa began Bourelle Builders in 1990. Mark is a second generation brick mason by trade and was raised in the residential construction industry. He worked for a commercial Company for 22 years as a Construction Superintendent and traveled all over the country overseeing multi-million dollar projects. It has always been a passion of Mark’s to build. Catresa also grew up in a family business and learned the important lessons of hard work and honesty in running a successful business. They enjoy working together and with their Clients creating beautiful homes. They are both life long residents of Miami County and continue to raise their family there.

Mark Bourelle is a man of integrity and is recognized in our Industry as a Leader. Bourelle Builders joined the Miami County Home Builders Association in 1999 and immediately Mark be came involved. He has always strongly supported setting standards in our industry and is proud of Bourelle Builders being considered the first in our area to earn the distinction of a Registered Builder. He has served on several committees and is a Past President of the Association. In 2004 Mark received the incredible distinction of Builder of the Year. He was awarded this honor by his peers at the Home Builder's Association for his outstanding commitment and the quality of his craft.

It was always a passion of Mark’s to build, and an exciting challenge for him to work towards operating his own business full time. Catresa grew up working in the offices of her family’s business. She gained experience in office practices and accounting and eventually ran the department of Purchasing. Together they knew they had the necessary skills to run their own Company.
